Rajma
Butter
Fresh cream
Onion
Tomato puree
Ginger & garlic
Green chilli
Red chilli powder
Garam masala

Directions
- Soak Dal
- Wash whole black urad dal and rajma and soak overnight.
- Cook Dal
- Pressure cook with salt and water till soft and creamy.
- Make Masala
- Heat butter, sauté onions till golden. Add ginger-garlic and cook well.
- Add Tomato & Spices
- Add tomato puree, red chilli powder and garam masala. Cook till butter separates.
- Add Dal & Simmer
- Add cooked dal, mix well and simmer on low flame for 20–25 minutes.
- Finish
- Add cream and more butter. Mix gently and serve hot.
