Today, I’m sharing an Aloo Gobi recipe that’s easy, flavorful, and inspired by both homestyle comfort and restaurant-style richness. Whether you want an easy Aloo Gobi recipe, a North Indian–style Aloo Gobi, or a dry Aloo Gobi recipe, this version brings them beautifully together.
