  • 1½ cups whole wheat flour

  • Water as needed

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tsp oil (optional)

  • 1 cup grated paneer (fresh and soft is best)

  • 1 finely chopped green chili

  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

  • ½ tsp red chili powder

  • ¼ tsp garam masala

  • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder

Directions

  • Prepare the Dough
  • Knead soft dough using wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and water. Cover it and let it rest for 10–15 minutes.
