1 cup sabudana (soaked for 4–5 hours)
2 medium boiled potatoes (mashed)
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
1 tsp grated ginger
½ cup roasted peanuts (crushed)
½ tsp cumin seeds
Sendha namak (as per taste)
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
Oil (for deep frying) or ghee (for shallow frying)
Directions
- Prepare the Mixture
- In a bowl, combine soaked sabudana, boiled potatoes, peanuts, green chili, ginger, cumin, coriander, and sendha namak.
- Mix well and form into small round patties.
- Fry or Air Fry
