4 medium boiled potatoes (grated)
2 tbsp cornflour or rice flour
1 green chili (finely chopped)
1 tsp ginger paste
Salt to taste
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp chopped coriander
Oil for shallow frying
- For Chaat Toppings
½ cup curd (whisked)
Tamarind chutney – 2 tbsp
Green chutney – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped onion – 1
Fresh coriander – chopped
Chaat masala – to sprinkle
Nylon sev – for garnish

- Prepare the Aalu Ki Tikki
- In a bowl, combine boiled & grated potatoes, cornflour, chopped green chili, ginger paste, and spices.
