1 small tomato (finely chopped, optional)
1 small capsicum (finely chopped)
1 green chili (finely chopped, optional)
1 packet of Lay’s (Classic Salted or Masala)
1 tsp chaat masala or sandwich masala
Butter for toasting
- 🌿 For Green Chutney (Sandwich Chutney)
1 cup fresh coriander leaves (washed)
¼ cup mint leaves
2 green chilies (adjust to taste)
1-inch ginger
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

- In a mixing bowl, add grated cheese, onion, capsicum, green chili, and a pinch of chaat masala. Mix everything well. Add tomato if using.

- Toast on a hot tawa or sandwich maker until golden and crisp. Let the cheese melt inside.
- Serve Hot with Chutney
- Cut and serve with extra green chutney and ketchup for that street food-style combo!
Make It Your Way
- Use Mint-Coriander Chutney as a base spread to elevate the flavor.
- Try spicy Lays flavors like Masala Magic for a desi zing.
