2 packets Atta Maggi
1 tbsp oil or butter
½ chopped onion
½ chopped tomato
1 small chopped capsicum
½ tsp red chili powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Maggie Masala (from the packet or homemade – see tips)
1½ cups water
Fresh coriander leaves – chopped
How to Make Maggie Masala
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until translucent.
- Add tomatoes and capsicum. Cook till soft.
- Sprinkle turmeric, red chili powder, and Maggie Masala. Stir well.
- Add 1½ cups water and bring to a boil.
- Break the Atta Maggi noodles and add to the boiling water.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the noodles are soft and the water is absorbed.
- Garnish with coriander and a dash of lemon juice.
- Serve piping hot!
Tips for the Perfect Maggie Masala
- You can use vegetable stock instead of plain water for extra flavor.
- Add corn, green peas, or paneer cubes to enhance the nutrition.
